Arbitrage

Arbitration

Arbitration is a voluntary, fast and confidential way of resolving disputes. It allows a conflict to be settled, not by the courts, but by one or several arbitrators appointed and paid by the parties for their competence.

Lawyers can assist you in the process of an arbitration or intervene as arbitrators, due to their competence and independence.

The Liege-Huy Bar created, on 23 September 2016, the Euregio Arbitration Centre (E.A.C.) (see articles 114 to 117 Codex)It has taken the pledge of equal representation in arbitration.
